Sequence Modeling

Statistical tokenization (BPE, WordPiece) has no awareness of domain-specific structural rules. A SMILES string with unbalanced brackets represents no valid molecule. A DNA sequence with internal stop codons cannot encode a functional protein. PanLang encodes these rules directly into the architecture — at the tokenizer level, the attention mechanism, and the training objective.
